COMMUNITY

Giving back to my community and supporting vulnerable populations has been a passion of mine since I was very young. I have developed committees and initiatives for increasing community impact through sponsoring events, developing fundraising initiatives on campus, and fostering partnerships with local organizations who need support. I have also sought opportunities to join networks that provide insight on community impact such as the local Chamber of Commerce. These connections have not only been an asset to educating staff, faculty, and students about the importance of volunteering and supporting worthy causes, but have also lead to a much larger reach and footprint for the mission of my organization.
